The Cullinan mine near Pretoria is the world’s only notable blue-diamond producing mine.

The most famous blue diamond in history, the 45-carat"Hope Diamond", was the inspiration for ”le Coeur de la Mer” from the great cinematic love story"Titanic".

The mine also produced the largest diamond of the De Beers Millenium Jewels collection-the brlliant vivid blue Heart of Eternity, 27 carats.
